A Georgia man stole a Krispy Kreme donut truck and led police on a high-speed chase.
James Freddy Major, 45, swiped a Krispy Kreme truck from a gas station as the driver was making a delivery.
Major, who appeared to be under the influence, then lead the cops on a chase. He ran several red lights, left the road several times, and ended in a cul-de-sac. The donut truck hit a mailbox and Major attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by a K9.
Officers at the scene arrested him and charged him with three felonies, three misdemeanors and seven more traffic violations, ranging from driving under the influence to theft by taking and driving on the wrong side of the road.
