A married couple from Rhode Island were stopped separately and both face charges of driving under the influence on the same night.
Michael Souza, 44, was on his way to get his wife when he was pulled over for a motor vehicle violation, then taken into custody. Police said a chemical test on him indicated he was driving under the influence.
His wife, Stephanie Souza, 43, was stopped and a chemical test on her at the Lincoln barracks also indicated she’d been driving under the influence.
